As these pieces are limited, discounted, and final release styles, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: archivejewellerystudio@gmail.com

We will assess the issue and organise a replacement or refund where appropriate, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
